Through our President, Robert W. Mr. Wood is a Certified Facilities Manager and holds a Bachelors Degree. Areas of study include Business and Engineering. He has published multiple articles on construction technologies, is a contributing author of Fundamentals of Facility Management, published by Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and a technical reviewer for a series of texts about buildings and building technologies to be published by BOMI. Robert Wood's qualifications include:
  • Professional Member of the Construction Specifications Institute.
  • Professional Member of the International Facility Managers Association.
  • Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
  • Certified Inspector and Professional Member-American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
  • Certified Inspector-Exterior Design Institute (EDI) for synthetic stucco.
